Privacy policy

How the Trust collects, uses and protects your details.

What we collect

When you fill a form on this website (seva booking, volunteer application, contact form) or send us your donation details, we receive the details you enter: usually your name, mobile number, email, town, and for sevas your gotra and nakshatra.

For 80G receipts we also receive your PAN, as required by the Income-tax Act.

How the forms work

Forms on this website open WhatsApp with your message ready to send to the Trust office. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

How we use your details

To reply to you, arrange sevas, contact volunteers, and issue donation receipts and 80G certificates.

To keep the records the Trust must keep by law, including donor records for income-tax purposes.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

We share details only where the law requires it (for example, donor details reported to the Income-tax Department for 80G).

Payments

Donations made by UPI, bank transfer or a payment gateway are processed by your bank, UPI app or the payment gateway. The Trust does not see or store your card, UPI PIN or netbanking password.

Photographs

Photographs of people are published only with their consent. To ask us to remove a photograph, contact the Trust office.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, except records we must keep by law. Contact the Trust office using the details below.
