On Amavasai, Pournami and festival days the temple opens early, at 6:00 AM, and stays open until 8:00 PM.

Before you enter
Please follow these guidelines so everyone can worship peacefully.
Dress — men
Dhoti, or pyjama with kurta, with an upper cloth (angavastram).
Dress — women
Saree, or half-saree with blouse, or churidar with dupatta.
Not permitted
Shorts, sleeveless tops, low-waist or torn jeans, and other revealing clothes.
Footwear
Leave footwear outside before entering the temple.
Photography & phones
Photography inside the sanctum is not permitted. Keep phones on silent.
Offerings
Flowers, fruits, coconut and camphor may be offered — hand them to the priest.
