Donations
Donations are voluntary offerings and are generally not refundable once received.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
If you were charged twice, paid the wrong amount, or a payment failed but money left your account, contact the Trust office within 7 days of the payment with your name, date, amount and the payment reference number.
After checking the Trust’s bank statement, we refund the amount to the same account or UPI ID it came from, usually within 7–10 working days.
If an 80G receipt was already issued for the amount, it will be cancelled.
Failed payments
If a payment fails and the amount is debited, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or UPI app within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact the Trust office with the reference number.
Sevas
There is no fixed fee for sevas. If you need to change or cancel a seva date, let the Trust office know as early as possible and we will arrange another date.
