ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீநிவாச பெருமாள்
Sri Srinivasa Perumal
Lord Venkateswara — the Lord of compassion, refuge and righteous prosperity
A revered form of Sri Maha Vishnu, worshipped as the compassionate Lord who receives the prayers of devotees and guides them toward dharma, surrender, inner steadiness and spiritual progress. The names Srinivasa, Venkateswara, Venkatachalapati and Perumal are used with deep reverence.
“Srinivasa” is understood as “the abode of Sri”, expressing the Lord’s inseparable association with Sri Mahalakshmi. “Perumal” is a respectful Tamil Vaishnava title for the Supreme Lord. Devotees approach Him with bhakti and sharanagati — loving devotion and surrender.
